Colorado drug screening business owner arrested for suspected sexual assault

Aurora Police arrested Arben “Ben” Duka, the owner of a drug screening business in Aurora, on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. The charges stemmed from an incident that occurred at his business, Aurora Employment Testing, in October. Previously known as Wiz Quiz Employment Testing, the business had been operating under this name since March 2015 before Duka changed it in February of the previous year.

As the investigation progressed, detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit uncovered two additional incidents involving Duka and female victims that took place in 2023. Both women reported similar incidents of unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples at his facility. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with two misdemeanors – unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification – for these incidents.

The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported. However, investigators are urging any other potential victims to come forward with their experiences so that justice can be served. Potential witnesses or victims are encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
