This expansion highlights Cardinal Health’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for consumer health products and further solidifies its presence in the central Ohio region. With the new Consumer Health Logistics Center, Cardinal Health is poised to continue driving innovation and growth in the healthcare sector.

According to Debbie Weitzman, Cardinal’s CEO of pharmaceutical and specialty solutions, there has been a significant increase in demand for consumer health products over the past five years. The facility will focus on providing affordable, reliable, and comprehensive options for over-the-counter medications, treatments, and diagnostic solutions to meet the needs of customers and their patients.

The new distribution center is expected to open in the summer of 2025 and will bring about 100 new jobs to the area. This expansion underscores Cardinal Health’s dedication to providing high-quality distribution services that align with its mission to support the healthcare industry and improve patient outcomes.
