Edina police assist in the delivery of a healthy baby boy

Last week, Edina police and fire departments came together to help a family in need. A healthy baby boy was born at home in a spur-of-the-moment birth, and the city’s emergency responders were called to assist.

Edina police Sgt. Darren Davis played a crucial role in the delivery process, coaching mom Arielle and dad Nate Wagner through the entire experience. Nate expressed his gratitude to the police officers, saying he was incredibly grateful for their service and especially for their quick response that night.

Nate also shared with the Star Tribune that Titus joins big sisters Eden, 6, and Addie, 4, who are both thrilled to have a baby brother. The new family returned home, with little Titus Elliot doing great.
