May 22nd High School Sports Schedule and Scoreboard for Section III

Syracuse.com has exclusive coverage of the Section III high school sports schedule and scoreboard for Wednesday, May 22. Baseball matchups for the Class B first round include Marcellus at Adirondack at 5 p.m. Boys lacrosse sectional playoffs feature Class A quarterfinals with Rome Free Academy at Baldwinsville and Syracuse at Cicero-North Syracuse. In Class B quarterfinals, Auburn faces Christian Brothers Academy, while Carthage plays against New Hartford in the Class C quarterfinals.

Other boys lacrosse matchups include Vernon Verona Sherrill at Jamesville-DeWitt, Whitesboro at South Jefferson, Jordan-Elbridge at Westhill, Tully at Skaneateles, Indian River at Homer, and Cazenovia at General Brown. Boys outdoor track includes Section III Class B-2 Championships and Section III Class A Championships. Flag football State regional playoffs feature Owega vs Oneida in Division II and Corning vs Baldwinsville in Division I.

Girls outdoor track also includes Section III Class B-2 Championships and Section III Class A Championships. Softball sectional playoffs include Class AA semifinals with Rome Free Academy at Liverpool and Baldwinsville at Cicero-North Syracuse. In Class C first round matchups, Weedsport plays South Lewis, Fabius-Pompey plays Pulaski, Mount Markham plays Altmar-Parish-Williamstown, and Morrisville-Eaton plays Sandy Creek.
