Three new partners join the Business Litigation Team at King & Spalding

Jennifer Recine, Sarmad Khojasteh, and David Kupfer have joined King & Spalding as partners in the business litigation practice group in New York. Recine co-chaired the real estate litigation practice at Kasowitz Benson Torres, where he has a wide range of experience in complex commercial, real estate, land use, and environmental disputes.

Sarmad Khojasteh focuses on complex business disputes, including securities and credit-related matters, commercial and contract disputes, and corporate governance issues. David Kupfer represents both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters as well as regulatory investigations.

The addition of these experienced partners strengthens King & Spalding’s business litigation practice in New York.
