Warm-up matches revealed for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024

The warm-up matches for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 are set to take place in different locations, with several exciting games scheduled. On Monday 27 May, Canada will face Nepal at the Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium in Texas, while Oman will take on Papua New Guinea at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad and Tobago. The following day, Sri Lanka will play against the Netherlands at the Broward County Stadium in Florida, while Bangladesh will face USA at the Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium.

Namibia will have two matches, playing against Uganda at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy later in the evening of Monday 27 May and then facing Australia at Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad and Tobago on Wednesday 29 May. South Africa will have an intra-squad match at the Broward County Stadium on Wednesday 29 May as well.

The fixtures continue on Thursday 30 May with matches between Nepal and USA, Scotland and Uganda, as well as Netherlands against Canada and Namibia against Papua New Guinea. The day will end with a match between West Indies and Australia at Queen’s Park Oval.

Ireland will play against Sri Lanka at Broward County Stadium on Friday 31 May while Scotland faces Afghanistan at Queen’s Park Oval on the same day. The warm-up fixtures conclude on Saturday 1 June with a match between Bangladesh and India at a venue yet to be confirmed in the USA.
