Man shot to death outside Gulfgate-area business in Houston; gunman on the loose

A man was shot and killed outside a business in the Gulfgate area of Houston on Friday. The shooting took place at a convenience store located at 6420 Gulf Freeway near Griggs Road around 12:45 pm. According to eyewitnesses, the victim and suspect got into an argument over gaming machines inside the store before it escalated into gunfire.

The suspect, believed to be a man between 18 and 25 years old, fled on foot after the shooting. He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie and has not been identified. Houston police are currently searching for him and have asked anyone with information to come forward.
