Chip Caray to be joined by Joe Buck for Cardinals broadcast tonight

In a highly anticipated return to the booth, two St. Louis broadcast legends are set to team up for the Cardinals’ game against the Chicago Cubs on Bally Sports Midwest. The pre-game coverage is set to begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the first pitch at 7:15.

Joe Buck, who has a long history with the Cardinals, will be joining Chip Caray for this special broadcast. This marks Buck’s first local Cardinals telecast since 2007, but he is no stranger to the team he once called home. Buck started broadcasting their games in 1991 and has since become a household name in sports broadcasting, currently serving as the play-by-play announcer for Monday Night Football on ESPN.

Chip Caray, who is in his second season as the television voice of the Cardinals, is excited to be working alongside Buck for this game. He said in a recent interview that he is looking forward to learning from Buck and hopes that their collaboration will result in an exciting and engaging broadcast for fans.
