New Eye Health Science Museum Launches in the City

The Ai’er Eye Health Science Museum, located in Shanghai, has recently opened its doors to the public. The museum aims to provide eye education for people of all ages through interactive projects that promote health education in a fun and easy-to-understand manner. Visitors can learn about the structure of eyes, the causes of eye diseases, and experience how scenes appear to people with different eye disorders through specially designed exhibits, models, multimedia projects, and simulation items like blind walking tracks.

In addition to providing eye education, the museum has been designated as a youth education base by the Shanghai Children’s Foundation. The foundation plans to organize both online and offline education programs to teach students and their families about proper eye protection and myopia prevention and control. The first series of educational events will be held this summer, with schools being invited to visit the eye museum for health education.
