Jonah Ellis impresses in Broncos debut

Jonah Elliss, a talented pass rusher hailing from Utah, was selected by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 2024 NFL draft. After arriving at rookie minicamp last month, Elliss quickly impressed coach Sean Payton with his hard work and tenacity.

Payton was particularly impressed with Elliss’ family background in football, noting that he comes from a great family of athletes. This background has given him a strong foundation for success and has instilled in him a strong work ethic and toughness.

During his junior year, Elliss had an impressive season with 16 tackles for loss and 12 sacks in just 10 games. This showcased his potential as a pass rusher and earned him recognition as one of the top prospects in the draft.

As he begins his rookie season with the Broncos, Elliss is excited about joining such a talented team. He praises the coaching staff for their focus on player development and their supportive culture. Despite facing competition from other linebackers on the roster, including Baron Browning, Jonathon Cooper, Nik Bonitto, and Drew Sanders, Elliss is confident that he can make an impact on the team.

Elliss is looking forward to mandatory minicamp next week and to training camp in late July. Fans will have the opportunity to see him in action as he rushes the passer for the Broncos, eager to make an impact in his rookie season.
