Health inspectors shut down San Bernardino County restaurants from May 29 to June 6, according to the San Bernardino Sun

In the week of May 29 to June 6, health inspectors in San Bernardino County ordered the temporary closure of several restaurants and food establishments due to health violations. One such establishment was the Red Hill Coffee Shop in Fontana, located at 16757 Foothill Blvd. It was closed on May 29 due to a cockroach infestation and allowed to reopen on May 31.

Another restaurant that was ordered to close was Burger King located at 1550 E. Main St. in Barstow on May 31. The reason for closure was operating without a valid health permit. Additionally, food sales at the Shell station located at 40873 Sunrise Canyon Road in Yermo were closed on June 4 because of no potable water.

Cafe Rio at 16938 S. Highland Drive, Suite 400, Fontana was allowed to reopen on May 30 after being ordered closed on May 29 due to insufficient hot water. These closures and updates are published weekly by the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
