This recognition places them among the top 15% of senior care providers in the nation based on Pinnacle survey results collected from family members, residents, and tenants. The Pinnacle survey assessed satisfaction across various service aspects, including dining service, individual needs, cleanliness, and more.

According to Pinnacle Quality Insight, SMP Health – Ave Maria’s assisted living facility ranked in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. They were recognized for achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction standards in areas such as dining service, dignity and respect, and recommendations from others. Similarly, the skilled nursing facility also scored in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average, excelling in various service areas including overall satisfaction, cleanliness, communication from the facility, and professional therapy services.
