Texans acquire Stefon Diggs in trade with Bills

In recent news, Stefon Diggs took to social media to discuss whether his success is necessary for Josh Allen’s success. However, it has been announced that the Bills have decided to trade Diggs to the Texans. In exchange for Diggs, Buffalo will receive a 2025 second-round pick originally from Minnesota. Houston will receive Diggs, a 2024 sixth-round pick, and a 2025 fifth-round pick.

By trading Diggs before June 1, the Bills will face a $31 million dead cap charge in 2024. Despite being signed through 2027, the Bills have decided to part ways with Diggs. This move allows the Texans to add him as another weapon for second-year quarterback C.J. Stroud.
