Nat Geo Photographer Encourages Santa Barbara Teens to Protect the Oceans

Mittermeier has spent her life dedicated to preserving and protecting the world’s oceans, and is the founder of the International League of Conservation Photographers. She co-founded the nonprofit SeaLegacy, which focuses on the intersection of art, science, and conservation to help revive the ocean. Hundreds of students in Santa Barbara are currently being given the opportunity to view her work at National Geographic.
