The Texas Rangers and Bally Sports Southwest have come to an agreement to broadcast both home and away games. As part of the deal, Bally Sports Southwest will be airing a total of 153 regular season games as well as four spring training games, with the first spring training game scheduled to air on March 14. The regular season coverage is set to begin on March 30 with a game between the Rangers and the Chicago Cubs at Globe Life Field.
Despite recent reports of financial struggles, it was announced last month that Diamond Sports, the parent company of Bally Sports, had partnered with Amazon as part of a restructuring agreement. This agreement was approved by a Houston judge last Friday.
