UI Health Care recognized as the most caring health care brand in the nation

A recent brand report has recognized the University of Iowa Health Care as the most humanizing health care brand and the 19th most trusted health care brand in the United States. The report, known as the Humanizing Brand Experience, was conducted by Monigle and surveyed over 26,000 consumers to rank over 200 brands across 66 markets.

The success of UI Health Care’s brand lies in its people, according to Denise Jamieson, MD, MPH, who serves as the UI Vice President for Medical Affairs, Tyrone D. Artz Dean of Carver College of Medicine, and head of UI Health Care. The recognition as a humanizing brand in health care is a reflection of the high level of empathy, compassion, and commitment of its team members to providing the best health care experience possible for patients, families, colleagues and communities.

UI Health Care stood out in several key areas that are important to health care consumers. These include having top-notch people who provide quality medical outcomes; being able to offer empathetic patient care; reassuring patients through their treatments; and offering cutting-edge medical treatments and technologies. It is these qualities that set UI Health Care apart from other brands and make it a trusted name in the industry.
