Once registered, businesses can take advantage of programs offered by NATO’s Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA) for both large and small suppliers to join their networks.

NATO has a vendor structure in place for purchasing goods and services for the alliance. The NCIA and NSPA have separate registration processes that are divided into distinct steps. Small suppliers are encouraged to establish themselves as subcontractors before eventually moving towards larger business opportunities. Anne Seguin, chief of the market research and industry information section at NSPA, recommends monitoring the contractor web page to see who the prime contractors are in order to gain insights into the industry.
