Texas to Welcome World’s Largest Buc-ee’s Store Opening Next Month

The country’s largest Buc-ee’s travel center is set to open in Luling, Texas on June 10, 2024. This new 75,000 square-foot center will replace the city’s current Buc-ee’s store and mark the 50th Buc-ee’s location across Texas and the South.

Located at 10070 I-10, the new Buc-ee’s in Luling will offer a wide range of amenities such as 120 fuel stations, clean bathrooms, and all the beloved items this roadside oasis is known for like barbecue sandwiches, beef jerky, homemade fudge, and Beaver Nuggets. This new location in Luling surpasses the previous record holder, the 74,000 square-foot Buc-ee’s in Sevierville, Tennessee by a significant margin of 1,000 square feet.

“We are beyond excited to open the world’s largest Buc-ee’s in Texas,” said Stan Beard of Buc-ee’s. “It is truly an honor to bring this iconic brand back home to where it all began.” The grand opening is set for 6 a.m. on June 10 with a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for noon. The people of Luling are invited to join in celebrating this monumental event that will undoubtedly become a landmark destination for travelers passing through the area.
